Every one is aware that law books on legal language is a kind of difficult to understand b a layperson. It is also difficult for non lawyers to know where to look for answers or solution. I thought based on my practical experience on property related matters, write a book on important aspects on property related matters, the rules, laws laid down for each type of transactions, like the gift deed, Will, women rights to property, etc.
The first edition was published in the year 2015. C.Sitaraman & Co., law publisher in Tamilnadu came forward to publish my book Buyer Beware. This edition was successful. At the request of the published, I have now come out with the revised and updated edition. I have received encouraging feedback from senior lawyers and colleagues.
